New Hampshire General Court

The New Hampshire General Court is the legislative branch of the State of New Hampshire.

As with all other states except Nebraska, it is a bi-cameral legislature. It is best known for its extremely wide disparity between the sizes of its upper chamber (the New Hampshire Senate, consisting of a mere 24 members, one of the smallest upper chambers in the United States) and its lower chamber (the New Hampshire House of Representatives, consisting of 400 members, the largest upper chamber in the United States and the fourth largest worldwide).
