Nathan P. Small is a Democrat politician currently serving in the New Mexico House of Representatives from the 36th district, having been elected in 2016. He is the husband of Xochitl Torres Small, the current U.S. representative from New Mexico's 2nd congressional district.

Small voted in March 2017 to prohibit minors from receiving conversion therapy.[1]
