Mountain Valley Pipeline

Mountain Valley Pipeline is a planned natural gas pipeline in West Virginia and Virginia that has been repeatedly blocked by radical environmentals' litigation. The Fourth Circuit has repeatedly ruled against the pipeline.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) was promised jurisdiction stripping of court interference with this pipeline in exchange for his support of the massive climate change bill of 2022.[1]
