Miscarriage

Miscarriage or Spontaneous Abortion refers to an unplanned termination of a preganacy due to trauma, undue stress, exposure to teratogenic chemicals, or more likely genetic defects within the unborn child that prevent development. It should not be confused with intentional abortion.
