Michael "Mike" Kelly (born May 10, 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a small-businessman and philanthropist who is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district, defeating incumbent Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper in the 2010 election. He served as Mayor of Butler, Pennsylvania (population 15,000).
In late July 2020, Kelly joined all House Democrats as well as 71 conservative and moderate Republicans in voting to remove Civil War-era statues.[2]
In May 2022, Kelly voted for passing $40 billion to Ukraine war.[3]
