The Merrie Melodies cartoons were made by Warner Bros., were often directed by Chuck Jones and often featured voice characterization by Mel Blanc. They were a sister cartoon series to fellow Warner Bros. creation Looney Tunes. They typically ended with a musical flourish and the caption, "That's all, folks!" (see Porky Pig)
