Robert Marion Berry (born August 27, 1942 in Stuttgart, Arkansas) served as the Democratic U.S. Representative from Arkansas' first congressional district from 1997 to 2011. Previously he was on President Bill Clinton's White House Domestic Policy Council. A member of the Blue Dog Coalition, Berry was one of the few members of Congress who served on both the Appropriations and Budget Committees.
Berry did not seek reelection in 2010.[1]
