  • In September 2024, another MSF employee was identified as a Hamas sniper.[6]
  • MSF staff member Mahmoud Abunejeila publicly expressed support for the PFLP.[7]

These ties extend to MSF's operations, where the organization has been accused of aiding Hamas by denying its military use of medical facilities.[8]

Promotion of Anti-Israel Campaigns
