Jeff Duncan (born January 7, 1966 in Simpsonville, South Carolina) is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives and U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 3rd congressional district, succeeding Congressman J. Gresham Barrett, who retired to run unsuccessfully for governor.
