A ger (Hebrew: "גר‎‎", plural: "gerim") refers to a male convert to Judaism.

After undergoing a period of study under Rabbinical supervision, and going in front of a beth din, the male convert is circumcised, or a drop of blood is drawn from the area in which he was circumcised if circumcision .has already occurred. As in the case of female converts, the male bathes in the mikveh.
