Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association is a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court for its Term beginning in October 2015, which could end mandatory public union dues and cut off a half-billion dollars annually to leftist groups.

This case could overrule Abood v. Detroit Bd. of Ed.
