Frank Michael Kratovil Jr., (born May 29, 1968) is a U.S. Representative from Maryland's 1st congressional district, having been elected in 2008 by a narrow margin. A member of the "Blue Dog" coalition, Kratovil has voted with a majority of his Democratic colleagues 85.3% of the time during the current Congress.[1]
