Frank Guinta (born September 26, 1971 in Edison, New Jersey) is a small-business consultant and former Mayor of Manchester, New Hampshire. He is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from New Hampshire's 1st congressional district, defeating incumbent Democrat Carol Shea-Porter in the 2010 election.
