Forensic politics

Forensic politics is the field of analyzing unexpected political events in a logical or scientific way in order to deduce the true causes and motivations. This is analogous to the use of forensics in other fields, except applying it to politics and particularly surprises in politics.

As the influence of dark money and its mega-donors increases over politics, this field of forensic politics grows in significance.

Paxton Impeachment

The events surrounding the impeachment of Ken Paxton raises questions of who was behind it.

A forensic analysis strongly suggests that Texas Governor Greg Abbott, a political rival, was behind the Paxton impeachment and is making the Senate trial a sham. Here's the evidence suggesting such:

Abbott controls an oligarchy of 39 mega-donors who write million-dollar campaign contributions in Texas, where there is no limit.
Abbott has been oddly quiet about this issue, even after Trump criticized him for being silent.
Last year's primary challenge by Allen West to Abbott shook him up a bit; Paxton had become his chief rival.
Abbott, ineffective on policy, needs stunts to keep his oligarchy on board with him, like his alien-bus-trip PR
In his 9th year in office, Abbott has become a real tyrant, yet lost to grassroots conservatives on the Convention of States issue
Abbott quickly appointed a loyalist of Abbott as Paxton's interim successor, rather than George P. Bush who was the GOP runner-up in the primary

PGA-LIV joint venture

On June 6, 2023, to the surprise and shock of the liberal media, the PGA announced that it was forming a massive joint venture with its rival, the LIV, in golf. Many were left scratching their heads in dismay after the PGA, its top executives, commentators in the liberal media, and two of the PGA's top stars, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, had been highly critical of LIV for more than a year.^[1] Trump predicted this merger far in advance of it, when everyone else said it would not happen.

But liberal media-puppet PGA CEO Jay Monahan will become the CEO of the new joint venture and probably receive a ton of cash for agreeing to this. But this could also mean an expansion of the unfair liberal boycott that blocks holding tournaments at Trump golf courses. LIV has already scheduled 3 tournaments at Trump golf courses in 2023, but will the PGA-LIV venture hold any? And will pro-Trump Greg Norman have any role in the joint venture?

Forensic jurisprudence

Forensic jurisprudence, or more simply forensic law, is a field of analyzing a judge or potential judge's prior work in order to infer how he or she will decide in future cases, particular political ones. This is frequently done if a judge is being considered for a higher court, such as the Supreme Court.
