Firelighting

'Firelighting', also known as fire-making and fire-starting, refers to the primitive skill of starting a fire.

Firelighting materials and tools are valuable in case of an unexpected emergency. The ability to make and use fire sets humans apart from animals. Fire keeps people warm, cooks food, sterilizes water, can help make tools via blacksmithing, and wards off animals.
