Final Fantasy Mystic Quest is a spinoff game of the Final Fantasy franchise that was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was created especially for the United States to try and get its consumers into RPG titles. This means that unlike other Final Fantasy games, Final Fantasy Mystic Quest released in America before Japan (which even names it Final Fantasy USA in its title).
