Fields v. Palmdale School District

In Fields v. Palmdale Sch. Dist., 427 F.3d 1197 (9th Cir. 2005), the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit held that parents have no rights as parents over the education of their children in public school. Specifically, a lawsuit brought by parents against use of a nosy questionnaire was rejected.
