Fairness Act

Fairness Act (Pennsylvania HB 300) is legislation in 2023 to supplement the PA Human Relations Act with special protections for sexual orientation, gender identity, and even gender expression, thereby arming militant trans and other Leftists with new causes of action for politically motivated litigation. In spring 2023, by a vote of 102-98 this passed the Pennsylvania State House, and moves next to the State Senate.
