Shocking World Health Organization (WHO) Plan Exposed

As reported on Monday, June 5th, 2023 at a joint press conference in Geneva of the World Health Organization and the European Union, World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced: "WHO will build on the European Union's COVID-19 digital certification system to create a global model."
It is telling that in May of this year the World Health Organization declared an end to the global COVID-19 public health emergency but warned countries that the disease remained a global health threat.
Expressed at the June WHO meeting was how collaboration with the European Union would lead to a wider range of digital tools that will help deliver better healthcare results around the world.
Said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus: "Building on the EU's highly successful digital certification network, WHO aims to offer all WHO member states access to an open-source digital health tool, which is based on the principles of equity, innovation, transparency and data protection and privacy."
Noted was that during the height of the Covid crisis "the EU Digital COVID Certificate made it so that EU citizens could only travel to other member states if they provide proof of vaccination, recovery, or a recent negative COVID test. In some EU countries like Austria, citizens were essentially segregated from society if they refused to take to COVID injections."
The John Birch Society responded with this message
The WHO has partnered with the European Commission (the executive branch of the European Union) to adopt the EU’s digital health passports and implement them across the rest of the world.
The meeting was appropriately described by the JBS as the “first building block” of the W.H.O.’s Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) and as another reminder that the WHO and the UN are seeking to implement a tyrannical biomedical security apparatus over all people globally.
Stated: "If the WHO gets its way, U.S. national sovereignty will become a thing of the past, and the WHO will have total power to mandate vaccinations, impose vaccine passports, and implement a digital health ID — worse, the Biden administration is trying to help the WHO achieve its tyrannical goals."

WHO members have approved a $6.83 billion budget for the next two years, which will require a 20% hike in mandatory member fees.
The budget increase is needed because the WHO is being set up as the sole decision maker over public health globally through the proposed pandemic treaty and International Health Regulation (IHR) amendments, each of which reinforces the WHO’s authority and power through different avenues while erasing national sovereignty and human rights.
Baked into the pandemic treaty we also have One Health, which perfectly dovetails with The Great Reset narrative. When you add the treaty, the IHR amendments and One Health together, it becomes clear that the WHO is being set up as the de facto power center of the deep state, and this One World Government will rule everything."

The current timeline
"The amendments and the pandemic treaty will be finalized and put to a vote in one year from now, at the 77th World Health Assembly in 2024, according to the WHO’s timeline."
"The IHR amendments will need a simple majority to pass. If the amendments pass as expected, member states will have a 10-month time window to reject the amendments. The new regulations will then take effect in May 2025."
"The pandemic treaty is going to need a two-thirds majority of the member states’ delegates to pass. If accepted, the treaty “will be adopted under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution – an article that allows the WHO to impose legally binding conventions on the WHO’s 194 member states.”
According to Dr. Mercola’s summary the pandemic treaty, as currently drafted, would: “Set up an international supply network overseen by the WHO.
Fund the WHO’s health emergency structures and processes by requiring at least 5 percent of national health budgets to be dedicated to health emergencies.
Set up a governing body under the auspice of the WHO to oversee the entire health emergency process. Expand scope of the WHO’s power by emphasizing the ‘One Health’ agenda, which recognizes that a very broad range of aspects of life and the environment can impact health and therefore fall under the ‘potential’ to cause harm. This is how the WHO will be able to declare climate change as a health emergency and subsequently require climate lockdowns, for example.”
Conclusions
This following call to action alert was issued by the John Birch Society:
Congressional action must take place on the WHO Withdrawal Act (H.R. 79) that U.S. Representative Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) has introduced.
H.R. 79 would withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization, as WHO attempts to create a medical tyranny as another step toward a one-world government.
Please contact your U.S. representative and senators, urging them to support H.R. 79. It is imperative that Congress to so.

American taxpayer money would likely be diverted to enable the implementation of the treaty’s dictates.
Our nation's national sovereignty must be maintained. It frightening to think that WHO is being set up as the de facto power center of the deep state in order to create a One World Government that will rule everything.
The WHO treaty must never reach a point where President Biden has the opportunity to sign on to what would be a disaster for our nation's sovereignty in so many ways.
