The Educational Testing Service (ETS) is a non-profit organization that develops college board exams for college-bound high school students in the United States, especially the SAT and AP exams. These exams are then administered by a separate non-profit organization known as the "College Board", which is short for the College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB). The CEEB also administers the CLEP exam, which is not developed by ETS.
