Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra (born 31 May 1962) is a Peruvian leftist politician and former president of Peru from 2022 to 2025. Boluarte turned her country to chaos with increasing of crime, she currently has lowest approval rating among any president in the World.[1] She is accused for Juliaca massacre with murdering over 18 protesters in January 2023.
