Davy Jones (born 1945) was one of the stars of the TV show The Monkees about a musical group which aired from 1966 to 1968. During that time he became a mini teenage heartthrob, a role the 5' 3" Jones may not have expected. Originally from England, he hit the airwaves during a time when the Beatles were still immensely popular. It turned out Jones had some singing talent and went through a very prolific time of recording during the run of the TV show. Most of his professional career has been touring with Monkee reunion tours or just with individual band members.

Jones has been married and divorced twice and has four daughters.
