Cilicia

Cilicia is a region along the Mediterranean coast, called ancient Asia Minor but in Turkey today, which was the birthplace of Paul (Acts 21:39) and important to the early growth of Christianity. It is mentioned in Galatians, Chapter 1 and several places in the Acts of the Apostles.
