Charley Reese (born January 29, 1937) is a conservative newspaper columnist who has recently (as of September 2008) announced his retirement from writing a regular column. His column was carried by King Features Syndicate.

Charley Reese is a conservative Democrat and paleoconservative. Between the John F. Kennedy and George H. W. Bush administrations, he was a registered Republican, but changed his registration back to Democrat out of dislike for the policies of the first Bush administration, which he saw as representing the liberal "Rockefeller Republican" wing of the party.

Charley Reese is a strong supporter of Second Amendment gun rights, and of the culture and heritage of the Southern United States.
