Carl's Corner is a city in Texas, south of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

The city was incorporated by Carl Cornelius, owner of a local truck stop and long-time friend of Willie Nelson. The property next to the truck stop regularly hosted Willie Nelson's Fourth of July concerts during the 1980s. Cornelius incorporated the city for the purpose of selling alcohol in an area which was otherwise dry.
