Brownsville is a city in western Tennessee, the county set of Haywood County.

It is best known in popular culture as the residence of the titular character in the pop/country song Delta Dawn, an aging Southern Belle believing she will still marry a suitor who has long moved on (and, likely, was "catfishing" her the whole time).
