Paul David Hewson (known by his stage name Bono) is the frontman of U2, the famous Irish rock band. Bono is a well known activist, outspoken on many issues as the elimination of world hunger. He supports international organizations such as the United Nations and the European Union.[1][2] He has falsely claimed that waving the EU flag is "a radical act," despite the flag's close association with the European uniparty establishment.[3] He has compared several conservative populists, including Matteo Salvini, the Sweden Democrats, and others in France, Poland, and Hungary, to the Devil.[4]
In addition to regularly using vulgar language, Bono and the other members of U2 have made statements denying that Jesus is the only way to salvation.[5]
