Ancestry.com is an American corporation specializing in genealogical research. The company is based in Lehi, Utah (not surprising, as the LDS Church has the world's largest collection of ancestral records). It is owned by The Blackstone Group.
The company's flagship product is Ancestry.com, which allows people to research their family history. It also operates the free website Find A Grave, an online database of public cemetery records (both human and animal, notable burials and regular individuals). The company also sells DNA kits.
