Alex Mbugua (Kirangari, Kenya, 1958 - 2006) was an African painter. His subjects are diversified, but mostly he is inspired by the African woman in society. Mbugua used oil or assorted colors and sometimes works with mix media. [1] He was member of "The Banana Hill Art Studio".
