Agrarian lifestyle

An agrarian lifestyle is one that lives off the land, such as farming, as advocated by Thomas Jefferson, the Amish, and many others throughout history. From Proverbs 28:19 (ESV):

Whoever works his land will have plenty of bread, but he who follows worthless pursuits will have plenty of poverty.

”
