Yahweh

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Joe B (Talk | contribs) at 15:46, January 17, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Yahweh means "I am who I am". In the Hebrew language, which has no vowels, it is written YHWH. During the encounter at the Burning Bush, God instructed Moses to use 'Yahweh' when speaking of Him. This occured in Exodus 3.14.
