User [[user:filll]] at Wikipedia knows that Dr. Scott frequents and contributes to wikipedia, as can be seen by this January 16, 2007 edit.
As recently as August 9, 2007, Dr. Scott, or somebody from the NSCE, has edited an article on Dr. Scott, as can be seen with this diff.
