The Three Forms of Unity is the collective name for three Calvinist confessions in the Dutch Reformed tradition. These are the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Cathegism and the Canons of Dordt. It was officially accepted by the National synod of Dordt, which was held in 1618-1619.
