The Talyllyn Railway (Welsh: Rheilffordd Talyllyn) is a historic narrow-gauge railway based in North Wales. It has 7 working steam engines and 3 diesel engines. It is now a major tourist attraction in Britain.
The railway appears in Thomas the Tank Engine as the "Skarloey Railway."
