Furthermore, forecasts about the future look at the present, past trends/facts, etc. They do not exist in isolation in terms of the future. Also, research indicates that great forecasters are open-minded. Given your penchant for censorship (closemindedness), you will never be a good forecaster. Furthermore, great forecasters are dragonfly-eyed (Value examining diverse arguments/data/views and synthesize them. They don't merely live in a pro-China and Pro-Russia news bubble boy world). In preparation of doing more stock investing, I fairly recently learned more about forecasting and I see quite a bit of improvement in terms of my ability of forecasting various events.
