:::::::::That's why % voted with Trump is really not a great measure of how conservative a politician is. I believe the reason in the case of Rand Paul is that he voted against the stimulus package. It's also because non-controversial bills being passed through House/Senate inflate the % voted with Trump. The 538 scale shows even some Democrats as voting with Trump much of the time, so it doesn't provide an accurate picture of what politicians think of Trump.

The term wasn't created with even the consideration of a Trump Presidency, so it's hard to apply the term "RINO" as many of the ex-RINOs have either abandoned the "in name only" part of the title and decided to support Trump, or have abandoned the GOP altogether. I would think of the modern day RINO to be someone like Romney, or even Paul Ryan, but Mitch McConnell and Marco Rubio?
