I write this because I have met VE here in Wisconsin and believe he'd be uncomfortable with the logic of including this information in this particular article. The passage: "Vic Eliason of Crosstalk America rightly points out that if all Americans turned homosexual it would only take a few generations for the United States to lose most of the population of the country through lack of procreation. This would make the US more vulnerable to attack by our enemies." Nobody believes that homosexuality is contagious, like a virus, and the probability is 0% that "all Americans" would turn homosexual. I doubt that any homosexual, including activist leaders, would think it would be possible at all or even desirable. There is as little temptation for a heterosexual to want homosexual sex as there is for homosexuals to want heterosexual sex. Also, the comment about the US being more vulnerable to attack because the country doesn't procreate also makes no sense, given that the likelihood of that happening for this reason is 0%. Three other potential problems. 1) The passage is completely undocumented. 2) The link for biographical information for VE is to Wikipedia. Couldn't someone here write an article about him for CP? He has been, after all, a leading figure in Christian radio for 40+ years. 3) Besides being unrelated to the topic of the article and having 0% possibility of describing a real situation, the passage detracts from the credibility of the article and CP. While it seems that much any text from "After the Ball" has been expunged from the Internet, this page provides the text from "THE OVERHAULING OF STRAIGHT AMERICA" by Marshall Kirk and Erastes Pill: http://library.gayhomeland.org/0018/EN/EN_Overhauling_Straight.htm showing the psychological tactics that the section of the CP article quotes from, but with the only link to the actual text at length being from from Google books, which only provides very brief excerpts.

After receiving no response to my post above on the inability to see or add any refs,as one of the main editors on this page I went ahead and did added the reference , expecting that the others I could not see would show up once saved. However, all is deleted except for the first section! I deleted nothing, and I tried Undo but it does not do so. So I copied the text in that section since I duplicated the tab before I tried to edit, and posted that, but once saved then no references are show. Please revert. Thus all 13 footnotes are not shown when opened up for editing, and if I proceed to ad a ref then it results in the destructive data described under Admin Help needed. I suspect therefore that someone for some reason placed some sort of blocking on me [edit: yet I can see refs on other pages], or just on this page which is not simply unwarranted (as I am not any kind of vandal, but have been a main editor on the section at issue, and on some other articles in time past. ==Editing problem resolved==
Further investigation revealed that the same absence of references in edit mode also occurred in Wikipedia, thus pointing to the problem being on my end. Restarting Firefox with all extensions disabled resolved the issue, and thus I proceeded to restart normally and selectively disable a few extensions, and soon - but sadly - found the problematic one, for it was the Bible Previewer extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bible-previewer/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search), which I really like, since it renders Bible references into visible popups! But somehow the coding for wikitext refs gets nuked. Since I also have that extension on the Chromium-based Vivaldi browser then the same issue occurred in that one. Thus I need to disable that extension on the browser I use for wiki editing, and will let the developer know of the issue.
