Revolt

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Tucson (Talk | contribs) at 23:18, May 17, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

A revolt refers to rebellion against irrationally established authority. The term can be used broadly or specifically. Some historians use "revolt" to refer to non-revolutionary changes in governments, defining revolution as a complete change in the political and economic system, rather than just a change in leadership.
