Kyle Rittenhouse (born January 3, 2003) also known as the Kenosha Kid was a teenage lifeguard during the 2020 BLM riots and Leftwing insurrection in Kenosha, Wisconsin who volunteered to guard businesses during a violent Marxist insurrection and to render first aid to injured participants. Rittenhouse became the target of multiple attempts to murder him by communist insurrectionists and assorted leftwing criminals. Rittenhouse then was the victim of malicious prosecution by a liberal Democrat assistant district attorney and career opportunist wanting to run for District Attorney, as well as racist and defamatory attacks by Democrat socialist leader Joe Biden in a paid political advertisement during the 2020 presidential election. Alleged journalist Chris Wallace also defamed Rittenhouse during a presidential debate, among dozens of other mainstream media figures over an extended period lasting nearly a year and half and throughout the trial.
Rittenhouse was acquitted in the self-defense shooting of 3 white criminal leftwing activists. Two of the leftwing activists died, one was a 5-time convicted child rapist and the other convicted on multiple counts of domestic abuse and violence against women. A third criminal assailant, affiliated with the Marxist Our Revolution organization, was illegally in possession of a handgun after being convicted on a firearms charge, which he pointed at the victim's head and was shot in self-defense. During the trial, the Democrat prosecutor referred to the convicted pedophile and other convicted felons attempting to kill Rittenhouse as "heroes".

Background
Mr. Rittenhouse turns toward the sound of gunfire as another pursuer lunges toward him from the same direction. Mr. Rittenhouse then fires four times, and appears to shoot the man in the head."}}
In a previous statement from Rittenhouse’s defense team, they explained that he was acting in self defense.

===Josh ZiminskyZiminski===Joshua Ziminsky Ziminski used the pseudonym Alex Blaine on Facebook and other social media. Ziminsky Ziminski is a longtime veteran community organizer for the Antifa domestic terrorism organization. Ziminsky Ziminski has an extensive criminal backgroundand sports a tatoo of an upside cross on his forehead and the word "SIN". On the night of the of the deadly assaults on Kyle Rittenhouse, Ziminsky Ziminski was out of jail on $1,000 bond for illegally discharging a weapon. ZiminskyZiminski, as was Gaige Grosskreuz, illegally in possession of a firearm the second night of the riot. ZiminskyZiminski's wife, Kelly Ziminsky Ziminski was returned to jail on a probation violation for being in attendance at the riot. Joshua Ziminsky Ziminski was charged with arson by assistant district attorney Thomas Binger.
Ziminsky Ziminski is heard and seen in multiple videos shouting, "Get him!" to Anthony Huber, Gaige Grosskreuz, and Maurice Freeland, who was referred to as "jump kick man" in the trial. The trio were among several Antifa/Black Lives Matter terrorists who assaulted Rittenhouse with intent to cause grave bodily injury or harm shortly after Rittenhouse told Grosskreuz he was running to the police to surrender himself after the self-defense shooting of JoJo Rosenbaum. ZiminskyZiminski, a key conspirator in the incitement of the Kenosha riots and a material fact witness, was never called to testify in the Rittenhouse trial. It was Ziminsky Ziminski who fired the first shot behind Rittenhouse seconds before Rittenhouse turned to see JoJo Rosenbaum lunging for his weapon. Several witnesses, as well as video tape evidence, show Ziminsky Ziminski and Rosenbaum working together to commit multiple felonious acts of arson to private property throughout the evening. Kenosha Police recommended charging Ziminski with: felony 2nd degree reckless engendering safety; disorderly conduct; obstructing/resisting officer; and bail jumping. The Kenosha DA dropped the most serious charges which could have carried a 20 year sentence upon conviction, and only charged Ziminski with disorderly conductj The bail-jumping charge would have been the easiest to prove. He was currently out on a $500 cash bond in Racine for domestic battery after hitting his wife in the face in a moving vehicle with his two children in the backseat. According to Ziminski's 31-page rap-sheet he has multiple arrests for each of the following : reckless endangering safety, robbery-use of force, bail jumping, violate restraining order, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of switchblade, domestic battery, hit and run, and much more. Just prior to Ziminski's January 31, 2022 trial date for jury selection, Ziminski was arrested and jailed for witness intimidation while walking into the court house. The trial was delayed until March 2022, and Ziminski was remanded to custody with an increase in bail. On September 15, 2022 the Kenosha Eye reported Ziminski and his wife Kelly were being held in the Kenosha County jail on a fresh round of six felonies.
Rush to judgement
All of a sudden the permissiveness and encouragement to rioters were taken down. CNN and Don Lemon called for a change in tactics. The cheerleaders suddenly began waving for the crowds to disperse, and pleading with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to adopt the very opposite language that has been labeled as "racist" all summer long. For months anyone calling to curtail violence, destruction, attacks on police, and the threats to communities were deemed intolerant. Only now, when it looked like a bad prospect for the Democrats, did the sophisticates in the mainstream media consider rioting to be condemnable. When it was politically expedient the burning of cities and violence visited on citizens was an acceptable result.

Trial
Anarcho-tyranny is a when the government suppresses the innocent (tyranny) yet refuses to take any action whatsoever against people who are actually guilty (anarchy). A good example of anarcho-tyranny would be Kyle Rittenhouse's arrest and trial. Samuel T. Francis described it as the following,

Doctored evidenceThe gun
The gun itself, an AR-15 was purchased in Ladysmith, Wisconsin months before the shooting by Dominick Black, a friend of Kyle's who was dating his sister. The gun had never left the state of Wisconsin. Kyle had given the money to Black to purchase the gun, with the agreement that Black would hold the gun in his house in Kenosha until Kyle was 18 years old and a sale to Kyle as an adult could be completed. The two went on certain occasions to shooting ranges together for target practice.

Wisconsin is an open carry state with no restrictions for carrying a long gun, which an A-15 qualifies as, to anyone above the age of 16. For more than one year, Binger and the national fake news media had tried to create the impression in the public's mind that Kyle had crossed state lines with an "automatic weapon" which would have been a federal offense. Binger filed felony accessory charges against Dominck Black which could have carried 12 years imprisonment. Eventually the charges were pled down to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a non-criminal city ordinance similar to a traffic citation which usually is applied against adults who give a beer to a minor in Wisconsin.

Rittenhouse vowed to have the weapon destroyed so that it would not have an afterlife as a trophy or souvenir among collectors.

Doctored evidence
The prosecution provided a copy of a drone video to the defense that was 1/16th the resolution of the version that was shown to the jury during the trial. The drone video was the only evidence offered by the State to support their argument that Kyle Rittenhouse provoked the attacks upon himself. The prosecution had a Constitutional obligation to provide the defense with the evidence to be used against the defendant in court and failed to substantively meet this obligation by providing the defense with only a low-resolution version of this video, rather than the high-resolution version actually used as evidence before the jury. The defense would have shaped their legal arguments differently had they been given the actual evidence.

IDRISSI is charged in a New York State Supreme Court indictment with two counts of Assault in the Third Degree as a Hate Crime and Attempted Assault in the Third Degree as a Hate Crime, and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor hate crime. “This egregious hate incident against two Black men further demonstrates the hate crimes epidemic we are facing in our City, and highlights the need for urgent action to address the trauma many communities are facing,” said DA Bragg. “If you have been a victim or witness to a hate crime or bias incident, please call our Hate Crimes Hotline at 212-335-3100.”According to the indictment and statements made on the record in court, on October 16, 2021, at approximately 3:00 p.m., IDRISSI was arguing with an individual outside an apartment building on West 57th Street. The defendant observed the victim, a Black man, nearby and ran toward him while yelling anti-Black slurs. IDRISSI then punched the victim multiple times while continuing to say anti-Black slurs. As a result of the attack, the victim suffered substantial pain and swelling. On October 18, 2021, two days later, at approximately 7:30 p.m., IDRISSI was yelling at an individual on the corner of West 51st Street and Broadway when the second victim, another Black man, walked by, observed the altercation, and told the defendant to stop. IDRISSI advanced toward him while stating in substance, “Are you trying to be a hero” along with anti-Black slurs. Then, the defendant kicked the victim multiple times in his leg. Subsequently, the victim reported the assault to police officers in the vicinity of the incident. During his arrest, IDRISSI continued to direct anti-Black slurs at the victim.The Manhattan D.A.’s Office currently has 11 open hate crime cases related to anti-Black hate crimes.</blockquote></ref>)</font>
Binger refused interviews with Good Morning America, CNN, NBC and other mainstream media outlets. Binger was so devasted after losing the Rittenhouse case, he began to emotionally regress. One of the few public interviews he gave was two-hours with a childhood friend from kindergarten. Binger whined in the interview that people mailed him human feces after the Rittenhouse case.
