Jeffrey Zients

Jeffrey Zients is a management consultant and lobbyist recently appointed as Chief Performance Officer, or briefly Government Performance Czar in the administration of Barack Hussein Obama. His role is to "promote technological innovation in government", though his precise responsibilities in Obama's "shadow government" are, as noted by Glenn Beck, somewhat unclear. Zients was previously the Secretary of Technology in Virginia.
