Guacamole is a dip made from avocados that dates back to Aztec civilization, and is now a Mexican food. The flesh of the avocado is mashed and mixed with other ingredients such as lime juice, tomatoes, and onions, and is seasoned with salt and/or other spices and herbs. Guacamole can be used in many dishes, but it most closely associated with corn or tortilla chips.!
