Wikipedia copyright

Wikipedia imposes numerous requirements on the reuse of its material, and enforces a communal view of property. Here are some of the burdensome requirements of the Wikipedia license:[1]
- prohibiting any assertion of private ownership over a derivative work
- imposing 15 different conditions with respect to multiple copying
- requiring detailed attribution
- prohibiting any exceptions for teaching, educational, or noncommercial use
- including a copy of the "copyleft" license in many cases
