Deadbeat President

A Deadbeat President is a President who goes on a spending binge and then refuses to pay the incurred debt. Many consider Barack Hussein Obama to be the first American deadbeat president. Others who may be considered deadbeat presidents are Hugo Chavez and Robert Mugabe.
