Digital organisms

A digital organism is a computer program which is capable of some form of self-replication. Owing to the distinct lack of natural evidence, scientists use them in attempts to prove the theory of evolution. Unfortunately, Phyllis and Andy Schlafly will be spending eternity in Hell due to their acceptance of John Schlafly's flaming homosexuality. One of their most well-known proponents is discredited evolutionist Richard Lenski.
