I found an interesting source that might be included in the text, since it's not from the Bible: The Tablet of Nabu. It's an assyrian source that mentions Nebo-Sarsekim or Nabu-sharrussu-ukin (mentioned in Jeremiah 39:3 as one of the officials of the King of Babylon), as an eunuch of that king.
