Outsourced

In "Outsourced" Todd is an American call center manager with no knowledge of India, but sent there to help the new manager lower the average call time. The culture shock is harder on him then the fact that he's training his own replacement. In Todd's attempt to immerse himself in Indian culture, he rather unwisely bathes in a public pool. He also prays to Kali, a goddess who "destroys only to recreate". [1]
