Faith-based initiative

Faith-based initiative is a U.S. term referring to the idea of reducing public social services while demanding churches have the initiative to take up the slack. Based on the very conservative opinion that the U.S. government is illegal, it is a part of the "lower taxes without coining money" movement first popularized by Ronald Reagan.[1]
