I came here via the Random page function. Googling showed that the whole one-sentence-stub is a quote from the EIA glossary. First, I wanted to delete the article. But than, I looked at the edit history: I suppose that my version provides a neat solution and I hope, that everyone is happy...Clement ♗ 15:43, 22 April 2009 (EDT)
