The term Liberal media conservative describes the commitment by the mainstream news media to so-called fairness. Typical offerings are a token Independent/GOP as speaker, reporter, columnist. This persons view is almost exclusively moderate and they would most likely find more in counter with their liberal guests stance than with their own conservative base. It is a ridicules setup whereby the liberals at the networks control the entire outcome of any issue.
