Tom Baker is a British actor most well-known for his portrayal as the Fourth Doctor in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who.
Recently he has returned to fame, narrating comedy show Little Britain and Littel Britain USA in which he has gained popularity by mocking politicians, America, and much of modern day life. He had funny phrases like "Americans like holiday within America, and that suits the rest pf the world just fine."
